Designing value from the essence of the business
Reproall is not a company that begins by “making” something.
Where is the business heading? What should be valued, and what should be left aside?
If those judgments remain unclear, no amount of methods or expression will sustain a business.
We believe this firmly.
We begin by organizing the assumptions and structure of the business
and identifying the axis that should guide it forward.
Why do we start from business strategy?
When a business runs into difficulty, problems often surface as issues of expression or execution.
However, in most cases these are results, not causes.
Direction, priorities, where to apply effort, and what to let go.
If these decisions are not clearly defined,
no amount of refinement in expression will move the business forward.
Reproall approaches projects from business strategy
not to achieve short-term results, but to create a state in which the business can continue.
Three perspectives on brand design, as conceived by Reproall
Reproall does not see a brand as something that is created once and finished.
As a business’s situation and phase change, the way it must be approached also changes.
With that premise, we view brand design through three perspectives.

02. Rebranding
As a business continues,
it is not uncommon for the original assumptions to no longer fit.
Is this still right? Should what changes be the expression, or the structure?
03. Designing
Judgments and strategies only communicate once they take form.
Logos, websites, packaging, or the products and experiences themselves.
Designing is the perspective that implements a business’s thinking into the real world.

“Pro” means engaging as professionals.
Not superficial techniques, but a stance of realizing concepts into real form
and producing them as viable businesses.

distribution, global expansion.
Rather than treating these separately,
we see them as a single business.

As part of our CSR initiatives, Reproall works with high school, university,
and vocational school students through a variety of programs.
These include extracurricular product development classes using regional specialty products,
product development support, and design production support,
as well as opportunities to experience real work and business through internships and job training.
By connecting educational institutions and the business world,
we provide “learning” opportunities that embody our concept of “Learning × Business.”
