There was a need to re-examine the assumptions behind technologies that had long been in use

Although the technology and quality had received a certain level of evaluation, limits were beginning to appear in terms of business expansion.
In this initiative, before refining the technology itself, we organized our thinking starting from the premise of who the technology was for.
By placing “who the technology is for,” rather than “what to make,” at the core, the positioning of the business began to change.
