When approached by a powerful distribution channel, whose brand should that product exist under?

There was a need to consider both the establishment of
a transaction and value as a business at the same time
Existing products had already been evaluated and sales were continuing.
Within that context, discussions arose about handling them as in-house products for a major distribution channel.
In this initiative, rather than aiming simply to be adopted, we made judgments starting from the premise of the position from which the product should exist.
Rather than changing the product itself, we clarified the relationship between transactions and value by separating business positioning.
